PART 1
WHAT YOU NEED TO PICK UP YOUR RENTALS

The primary renter must be present. Please bring your credit card when picking up your gear, and be prepared for a $0.01 charge upon arrival - this is so that we will be able to have your card on file in case of lost items or late returns. If you're unsure about any of your sizes, bring the gear you'll wear with it (clothes, socks, etc.), when applicable, so that you can test your rental gear in-store.

Authorizing an alternate pickup person is no problem at all, as long as they're over 18 years old. Simply provide them with a copy of your emailed reservation confirmation.

PART 2
WHERE TO GO WHEN PICKING UP YOUR RENTALS

Select your store for details on where to find it's rental department. And when you get there, proceed to the Rental Reservations line:

When you arrive at Sports Basement Berkeley to pick up your rentals, head over to our rentals department which is located in the back left corner of the store.

When you arrive at Sports Basement Campbell to pick up your rentals, head over to our rentals department which is located in the back left corner of the store.

When you arrive at Sports Basement Long Beach to pick up your rentals, head over to our rentals department which is located in the back left corner of the store on the first floor.

When you arrive at Sports Basement Novato to pick up your rentals, head over to our rentals department which is located in the back right corner of the store.

When you arrive at Sports Basement Orange County to pick up your rentals, head over to our rentals department which is located at the back left corner of the store.

When you arrive at Sports Basement Redwood City to pick up your rentals, head over to our rentals department which is located towards the back of the store, straight forward from the entrance.

When you arrive at Sports Basement Bryant St. to pick up your rentals, head over to our rentals department which is located on the bottom floor of the store, to your right when you head down the stairs, or straight through the bike department if you take the elevator.

When you arrive at Sports Basement Presidio to pick up your rentals, head over to our rentals department which is located on the right side of the store near the back wall.

When you arrive at Sports Basement Stonestown to pick up your rentals, head over to our rentals department which is located at the back left side of the store.

When you arrive at Sports Basement San Ramon to pick up your rentals, head over to our rentals department which is located on the far left side of the store.

When you arrive at Sports Basement Santa Rosa to pick up your rentals, head over to our rentals department which is located in the back right corner of the store.

When you arrive at Sports Basement Sunnyvale to pick up your rentals, head over to our rentals department which is located on the right side of the store as soon as you pass through the entrance.

Part 3
returning your rentals
YOU CAN DROP 'EM OFF AT ANY OF OUR STORES!

YOU CAN DROP 'EM OFF AT ANY OF OUR STORES!

Yup, that's right! Returning your rentals is easy - they can be dropped off at the rental department in any one of our locations, regardless of where you picked 'em up from.

Please note: if your rental equipment isn't returned within 24 hours of your return date, you will be charged the one-day rental rate for each day that your rentals are not returned. After 3 weeks, you will be charged the full replacement cost of the rental equipment.
