Description

A trusted trainer for daily maintenance miles, the Women's Clifton has been the keystone of Hoka's cushioned styles for 10 years and counting. Ushering in a new era of plush performance, this next-generation update delivers a revitalized underfoot experience with an additional 3mm in heel-to-toe drop. Delivering the same ultralight cushioning that made the Clifton a fan favorite, they’ve fine-tuned the fit and added a breathable jacquard upper with double-lace lock to mitigate tongue migration. Hoka refined the heel, enhanced the underfoot transition, improved the forefoot fit, fine-tuned the midsole geometry for an inherently stable ride, and added a double-lace lock that makes getting in and out even easier.

Clifton (10) now Plush, not balanced

Hoka Clifton 10 Full disclosure I would not be caught dead in the Women's colors. I wear a Women's 9.5 and OFTEN buy Hoka's Men's 8 (W9.5 & M8 = European size 41 1/3) — a *touch* looser in the heel, yes — and if the color is sooooo off-putting I don't want to train, well I'll take a slightly sloppi...

Where is the more cushion

I will start by saying I am and will be a faithful Clifton consumer. Although I am a little disappointed with the Clifton 10. As usual, the bright nice colors are men's and the muted colors are women's. I wish the company would realize that women's bright colors sell out fast and women don't only li...

I'm a nurse I'm on a floor that I'm on my feet my WHOLE 12hr shift running around, I've tried new balance, Nike, adidas, crocs EVERYTHING! I found I liked some adidas ultra boost but they discontinued it (only lasted 6mnths had holes in them) so I tried these because they are just as light and have a good sole and support per the description. When I tell you bro that these shoes were softer and actually lighter I was so surprised. I love these so far. I hope they last as long and as well as my other shoes or even better. Just buy it and try it trust me yall. True to size! Easy slip on and off, washable. Very nice so far !

Too large in the toe box

Good cushion, but too wide in the toe box. My foot slides around when running. I have a narrow foot and the nines were great. I could use a Narrow in this shoe.

I liked my previous Clifton's for working long days in a hospital but didn't care much for them when it came to running. Used them today for a 5k and they felt really nice. Had nice response. Very soft landing with a little rocker to the sole. I got them in the droplet/druzy color and they are more of a blue than green color (I thought they looked more green/blue online). I really love the color.

Questionable colors

I don't understand why HOKA doesn't do better with color design. The soles are excellent—comfortable and supportive—but the color choices are often too flashy or make the shoes look even bulkier than they are. It would be great to see more subtle, versatile options that match the brand's performance quality. I want to buy a new pair but have such a hard time finding something I like.

I had to have a repair done on my foot. I have baxter's nerve entrapment, and am in constant moderate pain. For the last few years, I have been unable to stand or walk for more than about 5 minutes. After putting these shoes on, I noticed an immediate improvement. I am able to stand for about a half hour now, and I can walk! These shoes are amazing.

As a bartender that works 10+ hours 6 days a week I love these shoes! They are the only shoes that I swear by and suggest for anyone in the industry. Unfortunately I have the replace my 2 week old shoes already cause my cat decided he wanted to eat the bottoms of them.

Love the colors on this Women's Clifton 10 Blue Spark/White! The roomy toe box allows me to wear a size 9 Regular whereas I need a 9 Wide in the Bondi 9. Would love to see more colors in the Bondi 9 Wide! Both shoes are very comfortable for long walks right out of the box, and have significantly eased the pain in my left ankle!

No correction of overpronation

My first and last pair of Hokas. They are advertised as stability and so should correct overpronation. But they don't. If anything, they work to correct underpronation, so make the overpronation worse. Returning was a nightmare.

The BEST

I took a chance and the Clifton 10 did not disappoint. I was recovering from Achilles rupture surgery, with calcaneal exostectomy and Equinus contracture. My first HOKA's were Clifton 9 as recommended by my podiatrist while trying to avoid this surgery. I loved them but had to get a 1/2 size up to accommodate the large heel spur. I bought two more Clifton 9 as I was starting to start weight bearing. While I love them, when the Clifton 10, became available I ordered 2 pairs in my regular size. Had to have the pink🩷. They feel like they are custom made for me. I have greatly advanced in my recovery, and I contribute that to the fit I even got two physical therapists purchasing them. I am not a runner, but very active before 2 years of debilitating pain. At 74 yrs old these Clifton 10 may change that. I appreciate this great product.

This is my first pair of Hoka's, and they exceeded all expectations that I had. I figured they would be just another pair of tennis shoes. How different can a pair of walking/running shoes really be? Boy was I wrong, these are AMAZING!! I have never felt a pair of shoes like this. I have bunions, so my feet ache horribly if I walk long distances without supportive shoes on. These take ALL of the pressure off the ball of my foot, which is the part that hurts all the time when I walk. Imagine having rocking chair legs for feet - that is what these shoes feel like! These are worth every penny. I normally wear a size 8 and that is what I purchased, they fit true to size.
