I brought these a few weeks ago because I have a bone spur on my right foot. It's been a mission (and a waste of money) to find the perfect combination of running sneakers and insoles. My podiatrist recommended the Polysorb Walker/Runner Insole about 10 years ago. I run for an hour every day and could use the support. Every year I buy two pairs: One for my running sneakers and one for my regular sneakers. The insoles are very comfortable and supportive.

Very firm arch support. Would not play Pickleball without this cushioned support. Fits several brands of shoes without cutting! Would buy again.
