Backpacker's Pantry Creme Brulee
Our chef's sweet and satisfying twist on a classic French dessert, complete with a burnt sugar topping. No blow torch required! Just add cold water.
Preparation: Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Remove br»l©e sugar topping packet and set aside. Add 3/4 cup (180 mL) of cold water to filling mix. Beat briskly with two forks for 2 minutes. Sprinkle brulee sugar topping over top of filling. Let sit for 10 minutes. Rehydration time doubles every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. Our directions are set for 5,000 feet.
