These 3 mm XCEL Axis Split Toe Boots feature 100% ultrastretch neoprene that moves with you, Taitex glued and blindstitched seams for strength and water sealing, adjustable hook-and-loop velcro straps for a proper fit, and a pressure-bonded back ankle pull for easy entry.
