Sports Basement's 1st Annual Wine Fest!

Join us at our first annual Wine Fest! You'll get to have unlimited tastings of local wineries and vote on who will get Sports Basement's highly coveted "Winery of Choice 2018." When you walk in, you'll also get a stemless wine glass from The North Face so you can truly taste all of the wines! Tickets are $15 per person and all proceeds from WineFest will be going towards a Basementeer beneficiary (see below for details). And as if wine and cheese at your favorite sports store wasn't enough fun, we're also going to give all Wine Fest participants $5 Sports Basement gift cards. Now that sounds like a "wine-win" situation!

The Burrell School Vineyard & Estates began growing grapes & bottling wine in 1973 but the school itself dates back to 1854! Nestled amongst the wilderness of Santa Cruz, the unique location of the winery helps produce some tasty wines.

The Perrucci family is committed to crafting quality wines that are fairly priced and a pleasure to drink. We apply the latest agricultural practices in the vineyards and use only the very best grapes they can produce.

Regale takes relaxing very seriously. Inspired by the wine production culture in Italy, they want your wine glass to be the epitome of stress-free. Wine is handcrafted in small batches every year and are especially proud of their Pinot Noir and Cabernets.

This wine goes where few wines have gone before. The vineyard boldly grows grapes on the summit of the Santa Cruz Mountains where a railroad town once stood. Unconventional? Yes. Delicious? You bet.
