These elements help increase running efficiency by reducing the movement of the ankle. This technology is proven to help runners feel fresher longer, creating a smoother and more comfortable ride. The NOOSA TRI 13 shoe has FLYTEFOAM technology in the midsole, which gives the runner a lightweight feel and more cushioning for longer runs. Following a more sustainable design approach, this shoe also uses fewer resources to color the sockliner. Additionally, the AHARPLUS outsole is designed to improve durability and extend the life of the shoe. Now even lighter in weight, this triathlon shoe is functional for a variety of running workouts, including tempo runs, long training runs, and racing.

I have 4 pairs of these shoes! They are the best running shoes I have found! I have always went with ASICS gels for my "exercise " shoes!!

No longer a flat shoe
Loved these because I used to be able to run, bike and work out in them but now with the rocker all they are good for is running given how not flat they are. Super sad to have to find a new shoe. If using them for running only, still a great choice.

I recently went back to ASICS after wearing Brooks for the last 5 years and I am so overly impressed with these shoes!!!! The support is excellent without being heavy and the toe box is roomy and does not pinch my toes like so many out there. I highly recommend!!! I could not be happier!!

Not enough ventilation make feet stink, ASICS don't stand behind their products and don't offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee like other brands.

Best asics for comfortably, longevity hands down. I wore just about every style of asics, know other style compared to the Tri 13. I worked in a hospital, now I do industrial work in a big warehouse for 10+ hours, these definitely withstand the test of time. I am currently in the process of purchasing my second pair.

I love these shoes including the colors and fit. Order 1/2 size up from normal shoe size. Hope to see more colors in the Tri13. Not happy with the Tri 14.
