I Love These Boots!
I wear UGGs every winter. I live in Chicago so it gets to be pretty cold, but I can always count on my UGGs to keep my feet warm. I have over five pairs and I'm definitely happy that they finally can out with a waterproof and stain resistant line.

Over the last 5 years I have purchased no less than 3 pairs of this boot. The first purchase was fine, no issues. The second purchase I also used the care kit which was used PROPERLY. Sadly, just like every other major namebrand, UGG has outsourced and not been looking out for their customers. I have peripheral neuropathy and have only bought a brands in the past, however, because of their increasing cost and decreasing quality I have not bought in I would say seven years. Customers are wising up to the fraudulent behavior of these big name brands and I just don't see them sustaining the companies any longer. Sad because they used to be worth something but they're not now.

The heel portion is wrinkled The stitching at ankle is tight and the tall portion of boot does not stand up. The only good part is it is made of wool in the lining My toes feel good. They are warm but very uncomfortable

My third pair here, one brown one gray, now the black. Have had the brown since around 2016, gray since 2020. I have drop foot from a spinal cord injury that paralyzed me for 2 years, sporadic numbness in both legs/feet and I can't walk around my yard floors without my UGGs. I can't sleep without my UGGs. My left foot is ALWAYS freezing, once I can successfully warm my foot up my UGGs keep it warm. Thank you for saving my feet. I had to learn to walk again in my UGGs once I was confident I wouldn't slip. So I will probably be wearing UGGs the rest of my life!!!!!!!!!

They look nice. However, these boots are not made from Australia. And they are not considered ugg, boots these boots are made from Vietnam.. If you are looking for knockoffs, then I would say it's okay. if you truly want handmade ugg boots?Look up the ones from Australia
