Tested this out in a few different temperature settings and didn't serve its purpose at all if you had to use only this to keep warm you would be in a very bad situation I personally would use the money to purchase a good blanket

I decided to try this out once I received it. It's a nice, lightweight package that's easy to get out and put back up. The material itself seems very durable with waterproof outside fabric, and it was surprisingly less noisy than I thought it would be. It did a great job warming me up quickly and keeping me that way. This is great for camping, or even just packing for outdoor adventures in an emergency or "just in case" kit. Highly recommended!

Went camping and it was colder than expected. Didn't want to freeze and get sick so I pulled my bivvy out and let me tell you I couldn't have been any warmer. The insolation on this is top notch and potentially saved me life and for that, with the price, would suggest anyone to have one for that just in case moment. You never know when you could need it and could save your life.

This is a great product and works great as promised. I travel around the US for work and it has me sleeping in my Van most of the time, during the colder weather I was looking for something that would keep me warm and cozy. This is great, already used it and it kept me warm all night

I love to go camping with my family during the year and I always want to make sure we are all safe and prepared. That being said, this blanket provides me with a lot of relief as I know that it will help us in times of need. We have already used it once when husband was going out for a camping trip. His tent got a bit too cold for his liking and took this escape tent out of the bag and got in it. He said it was insanely warm and warmed him up where he got back under his normal blanket in no time. He was impressed with how warm the blanket is inside when it is so lightweight. While lightweight you can tell the high quality of this blanket, it is very durable and will last a long time. I will carry this in my trunk during the winter season in case we get in a snow storm. I am very impressed with the safety of this blanket.

I gave this to my daughter for her car emergency kit, as she is a college student, and she travels home a lot from College. We live in Very Cold States, where it does get to below zero degrees with wind chill temps that can end a life if stranded and unprepared. She was thrilled when I gave this to her! She has wanted to add one to the Car forever! She only had a blanket in there before. First thing she did was test it out. Yes, you heard me, She tested it out!! It snowed here, so she spent the night outside in the freezing cold with only this for protection. She did not come inside once! She woke up in the morning and came back in and reported that she was very warm all night! I am so glad that she has this for protection now!!

I received this and was first shocked to see the compact size it it. So light weight. I open it it up and gave it a try. Granted to was 54 degrees outside and sunny but it was quite toasty inside. I could defuse how this could help out in an emergency situation. I rolled it back up into its carry bag and placed it inside my Bug Out bag. Works great with my little travel pillow too!

I like to be prepared when the weather gets colder because you never know when something might happen. The SOL Escape Bivvy is going to be a great addition to my kit. It is heat reflective, breathable, durable, waterproof and comfortable. It is not bulky, so it doesn't take up a lot of room in my container. It has a drawstring so you can tighten the head area so that it molds around your head, covering almost your entire body. It was easy to roll back up and put back into it's spot, so that's a huge plus! I always have a hard time rolling things back into the original form!
