This is my problem, but it may be yours, too. I like a jacket I can wear in light-moderate rain, but also one that won't make me sweat when exercising/skiing/walking. This one seems pretty waterproof, and has vents under the arms. But I feel like it may be too waterproof if I worked out hard. And it's useless in cold weather without layering underneath.
