I've rented skis through Sports Basement twice now, and each time the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pick-up process was fast and painless, and there are a ton of options for rentals, including ski clothing and helmets. Plus the prices are way better than anything I would find in Tahoe.
Haven't used it yet but excited to try!
