Had a great rental experience with Sports Basement. Staff super friendly and helpful gearing up my kids. Great quality equipment. Been renting from Sports Basement for years and it's always a great experience.

Rented snowboarding boots and a board for my five year old's first time on the slopes. The staff fitted him with the right gear and sizes confirming what I had picked online. The gear was never an issue and gave him the best possible experience. I ended up renting the gear for the season. I did make sure to buy wrist guards, padded underwear, and a helmet to keep him safe. I also picked up the rest of the gear (liners, mittens, pants, jacket, and goggles) from Sports Basement as there was a sale in addition to the member discount. There is plenty of selection for him and he was invested by helping pick out everything. Very convenient to have everything in one place and friendly And knowledgeable staff to help you with any questions. He had a blast and became a little shredder after a day and a half.

Used in deep powder on 12/11/22; gear was in good condition, boots were comfortable, and my 8-year-old had no trouble getting the boots and board on and off. Psyched we have them for the whole season!
