Great Shoes for Longer Distance Running
After running the Gel DS Trainer for several years (and before that the GT 2000), I tried the Magic Speed, and I am thrilled with them. The sizing on Asics, I discovered, is not consistent. But thankfully, they exchange at no cost. I run three times a week, between 4.5 and 15 miles. Compared with th...

Good shoe but...
For the fit-I felt the shoe was a little narrow, so I had to buy a half size larger. The cushioning is fantastic but I needed several runs to break in the shoe. The upper material is breathable. Major problem is the tongue of the shoe- it moves around and it's very thin! They need to make a gusseted...

Couldn't be happier
These have instantly become my favorite shoes to wear for speed workouts. The most comfortable upper and snug fit. I couldn't be happier with my Magic Speeds and I can't wait to try a lot more. Thank you Asics for another favorite running shoe!
Like feathers for your feet.
Not sure about the magic, but these are definitely nice and light. Good shoes for racing but seem like they wouldn't hold up to a lot of miles. Seem kind of flimsy, but I guess if you want a light shoe something has to go. Love the plate in the forefoot. Gives a nice boost on every step. I have been using them for tempo runs and really like them.
Interval Track Workout.
Initial interval track session in the wet wasn't that great but manageable, great when tried in dry condition. It's a specialty type for speed workout as I have shoe rotation. I gave a try because the amazing holiday value deal and turn out all worth it.
Excellence displayed! Bravo to your service team
Great shoe. Beautiful color. Amazing service. Keep up the great work.
Fun Fun
Light and breathable but most of all RESPONSIVE! Really enjoying these during training runs. Not as cushioned as others but I am finding out that's not what I am looking for. Super easy to pick up the pace or dial into a HR Zone. The best shoes I have run in over the last couple of years.
Light and comfortable
Light and springy but no stability if you over pronate
Value for money
Lively bounce in a protective midsole Quick, smooth roll off the toes Low price (for plated technology) Lightweight Thin and breathable, yet tough, upper. Sole not good for gripping on wet surface. Had trouble running at every water station during NYC marathon
Great for racing
wore it in local races, and held up well in helping me breaking my record, as a novice runner.
Small/tight
It's okay, my feet still adjusting to it, didn't expect them to run so small/tight…not sure if they will stretch out.
