Description
Unlike gravity camp showers that need to be hung overhead and produce dismal water pressure, the award-winning Helio portable pressurized shower and sprayer rests on the ground and provides the pressure you need to wash hair, do the dishes, rinse off gear, water your plants, or wash the dog.
You can quickly and easily pressurize the 2.9-gallon tank with a foot pump – and with occasional pumps you can keep it fully pressurized for 5-7 minutes of strong, continuous spray. The tank cannot be over-inflated. Set the black tank in the sun to warm up gradually, or fill it directly with hot water for a warm shower.

Absolute Garbage
Pump the thing forever and it dribbles out. The handle head actually came glued on crooked. I could take a three mil bag and poke holes after hanging in a tree for a better shower. You have to hold it while you pump it because it falls over it's own feet. [(feet not shown in pic) nothing like p...

This has been a game changer for our outdoor activities. We love to take it to the beach. After almost a year of use, we ended up getting too much sand in the spray head causing it to stop working. Have only used this once so far but an easy 5 stars. Great pressure without having to pump it completely. Hose is plenty long enough to hang nozzle overhead (think open tailgate, branch…..) for a shower. Used after muddy mountain biking to clean off legs and shoes

Does exactly what you'd expect. The cap is hard to close but if you don't overfill the tank, you can put pressure from both sides and it snaps easily. My only gripe, not possible to dry the inside. You have to drain it and then leave it propped open for ages hoping it will dry out and not mold.

Decided to get this unit for washing up after Field Dressing game: Axis Deer, Mouflon Sheep, Feral Goats, Feral Pigs. Well made, sturdy, surprisedly easy to dry out for storage after using. Easy fill and cleaning.

The Helio pressure shower is a must have for the outdoor enthusiast. It's uses are endless from showering and washing hands to rinsing off bikes, kayaks and dogs! It goes on almost every trip with me near and far. Such a handy tool!

After more use we've solved or discovered the technique needed to secure the camp. If you fill the bag all the way, its impossible. If you leave a little room at the top of sir, its easy as pie. We choose this bag (2 of them to equal the larger one) because it's easy to get under a sink to fill ANYWHERE on the road. I find you need about 15 pumps to get the pressure to start and about 5 pumps every 15 seconds to keep the flow going. One bag easily allows me to wash my surf board, other gear and self with plenty water to spare. Each small bag is enough for two people to shower (soaping up between washes). We've used the product for about 6 months. No sign of wear yet.

To preface, I have the prior design iteration which stands up vertically and has the centered fill-port on the top-center—other than that it's pretty much the same thing. Overall I think this is a great product to have for our family camping trips (and beyond), and so far nothing has broken or gone wrong with it. Being mostly a black material the water in it warms up in the sun which helps, the clear top is nice to see the water level, and it packs up nice and compact inside its sack. However, there are some things that bug me: 1) it comes with a long hose—which is great and isn't what bugs me—but if you have it hanging on something for a shower up higher than your head the pressure doesn't last long and it starts to simply trickle out. I know you pump it up more to add pressure, but it seems like I'd be pumping non-stop to have better-than-trickling pressure. It's hard to shower fast and efficiently when you're constantly having to pump. 2) Speaking of pumping and pressure—every time I pump this up I'm on edge because it seems like it's going to explode. :-) Maybe it's just me, but to get the type of pressure I mentioned previously you need to pump it up to the point of it being scary. 3) Probably my biggest gripe, the fill port cap is super hard to close when filled and a little less hard to open. This to me is a design flaw—shouldn't be so difficult. Looks like they redesigned this part and looks much better. Probably from listening to their users. Kudos Nemo! 4) Filling it is a minor pain-in-the-butt unless you have a deep sink or utility sink, or a hose from an outdoor faucet—I have both. Again, the current design iteration was updated so this could also be a non-issue now.
