I was never diagnosed with any type of tennis elbow, but growing up horse back riding, playing sports and constant heavy lifting, my one elbow constantly cracks and tends to get pain on and off. I noticed i needed extra support when shooting archery as the pain tends to flare up most at that time. I purchased this brace and couldn't be happier. I can shoot targets a lot longer than I could without it and it relieves all the pain throughout the shoot. It was worth every penny!
