Waistband is prone to failure
I've been buying the charged cotton packs for years and loved them, but I'm really disappointed with the new design. The other reviewers are correct in saying that the elastic waistband is totally ineffective. They slide down during the day with movement, forcing me to pull them back up several time...

I'm normally a large but went a size up do to other sizes being sold out and I really like the breathability and softness of this UA charged fabric and personally It doesn't chave like the spandex material for those of you with sensitive skin like me . Overall I would recommend this product especially for those hot sunny days and long walks.

very disappointed, the seams are so hard it hurts. the elastic band is too loose. the european version has no annoying seams and a wider waistband. Unfortunately, I bought these while on vacation in the USA and can therefore not complain about the shorts

Several reviews state that the waistband failed or slips down; in my experience this only happens when purchasing a size that is too small. I wear a medium in most clothes and have a 32" waist. I purchase underwear in size large and I'm always comfortable and I see a long wear life from my underwear.
