What a solid solid Shoe
Im a field guy and as such I find myself walking through and working a lot in the rain. The Winter of '22/23 had historical rain and snow fall for much of California. These shoes were the best purchase I could have made. The water resistant Gortex is a game changer versus wearing regular sneakers du...

Disappointing and Uncomfortable
I had high hopes for the Hoka Challenger 7, but unfortunately, it has been a major disappointment. I've worn these shoes consistently for about two weeks, and they have not lived up to expectations in terms of comfort or performance. Heel Pain and Discomfort One of the most glaring issues is the la...

The toe box is rather narrow
I love the color scheme! The styling is nice overall, but the narrowness of the toe box makes them not ideal.
Someone Elses Shoes
Had 'em before did alright, just hot upper. This pair doesnt fit front of foot width, sloppy. They are good for water protection and loose ground otherwise stiff Just finishing up pair of mach 6 and clifton 9. I have to have a pair every 3-4 months with my 12K + steps daily. The fabrics all hold up nicely but knees feet ankles all the way Up and foot drift tell me its time get another pair of cushioning and support well worth the price. The styles make everybody ask about them. My Nurse Wife started me out on the Bondis (very Cushioned), a few years ago. Just finally threw out a box of over 12 pairs saw the dollar signs but the space more valuable.
i would buy this product again
the fit is a little small. i should have bought next size larger. the shoes feel great otherwise. i did make a mistake by not reading the product description fully in detail. i was aware the shoes had spike like soles, but failed to comprehend that the spikes were steel. i thought they were just hard plastic.
Wanted to love it but fell short
Liked the look of the shoe and the Gore-Tex Construction initially. I Order my normal size 10 D but the shoe felt very narrow and small. I thought maybe the shoe may need break but after wearing for a couple days, I didn't want to endure the discomfort. The sole also felt more rigid and not and not a very forgiving cushion that I anticipated with Hoka design.

One of our top priorities is for you to be comfortable while tackling your miles and this pair didn't meet that goal. We've got you covered with our 30-day guarantee which is extended to 60 days for HOKA Members. Not durable, heel padding wore out within 6 months
I like the look of these shoes, but unfortunately, their quality is very poor. The padding around the heel starting wearing visibly within a month of use, even without wearing these every day, and now, after six months, the heel padding has disintegrated and is completely coming out. Hoka is calling this "normal wear and tear" and will not replace under warranty, so I would absolutely not recommend buying these.

It's a sad day when you feel your pair doesn't hold up the best. Due to many different factors such as terrain, frequency of wear and natural elements, some pairs may wear quicker than others. Although we do cover manufacturing and material defects, normal wear and tear is not covered under our warranty. Loving them so far.
The Challenger 6 GTX was my first pair of Hokas and the ones that made me fall in live with the brand. So I was excited when the latest version came out - as I have completely worn the outsole, on my initial pair, flat - from 3 years of regular lunch hour power walks and weekend hikes. I'm loving the updates so far. 25 miles of smoothe transitions from pavement to trails. Best shoes ever!
Excessive tear
Comfortable shoe but started tearing up inside within a couple of months. Dirt became stuck inside layers and changed colors. Put in warranty claim and they denied stating that's normal wear and tear. I like the shoes but with this level of longevity I will not buy them again.

Because so many variables contribute to the wear of each individual's HOKAs, we cannot provide a rough estimate of the mileage you can expect. However, we always want you to get the most out of every pair, so please be sure to submit a warranty request at the first sign of material abnormalities. That way, we can assess and address any issues that may shorten your time in a pair. As for this current pair, while we cannot reverse the warranty team's post-evaluation decision, we're here to help clarify any lingering questions. Decent shoe but lasted 3 months
Comfortable and decent grip for hiking but within 3 months fabric inside started tearing like no shoe ever has. Based on other reviews, quality has decreased
