Why oh why did you discontinue the original basic product that Burt invented. I've been using the tin for 25+ years, and I can't find it anywhere. When I call the 800#, I was informed it was still being manufactured, but that was 6 months ago. Agent tried to convince me to buy Vanilla tin - YUCK!...

I have suffered with eczema my whole life, and topical steroid withdrawal on my face. The vanilla balm in the tin is the ONLY product that has ever worked for me without irritating and burning. Even the stick version makes my lips sting and peel. I am begging on my hands and knees PLEASE bring this back :( I am literally saving my last one indefinitely for my future wedding someday. Please !

more and more people are growing concerned about plastic use, so I'm super disappointed to see that it seems like Burt's is discontinuing the tins? I can't find them anywhere, not in any flavor. Personally I preferred the Mandarin one. please bring it back! also please consider offering this in POMEGRANATE!! that is hands down my favorite Burt's flavor of all time (mainly because it has nearly zero scent at all, and I love the pink color).

Why do you keep discontinuing the tin?!?!? I was thrilled when it came back and with it being in so many different flavors I thought it was here to stay. A lot of us apparently value the durability of the tin packaging. The last time it was discontinued I had to use another brand until the tin returned. The tube simply doesn't hold up and actually collects debris in an outdoor environment. Please bring back the tin.

You must bring back the original lip balm in the tin. I have been using them for decades. I bought them ten at a time so I would never run out. There is nothing else I want to use. Not vanilla bean or some flavor, either. The original. Thanks.

Please bring back the original lip tin!! I HATE tube chapsticks and I'm a devoted Burt's bees user! The tin is perfect, is nice and flat in a pocket, and can be accidentally run through the wash machine and still be usable after! I'm lost without my original burts tin!!

Please bring back the original beeswax in the tin. My wife is a cowgirl. She is on horseback a lot. The tins are indestructible. Also the tube twists up in her pocket during very long hours in the saddle. Plus the lid get cracked sometimes. She has been using the original in the tin for more years than she can remember.

Please please bring back the original version! I too have used this exclusively for 30 years! I had my children buy me 10 tins not that long ago so I would have them. I am heartbroken that you no longer carry them. Nothing on the market compares and the stick is not as good.
