Don't Hesitate.

I commute to work at a Hospital and need a dependable bookbag to hold my EDC's (water, papers, laptop+charger, mouse, miscellaneous items such as gum, iphone charger, pens, etc.) I also travel often to other locations to get administrative work done. Storage: In my previous two backpacks (Nike SB ...

Not the quality we expected from TNF.

Let me start by saying the last North Face backpack we got is still in great shape and we got it during a gift exchange over 14 years ago!! Both my husband and son used it for everything from camping to shooting practice (filled with heavy bullets). There isn't a tear or scratch on it and it's been ...

Comments about Borealis Backpack

I bought the Borealis for both of my boys when they were HS Freshman. My oldest just finished his Sophmore year of college and is still using his. But, I just had to buy my youngest a new one and he's only a HS Junior. So I'm not sure if the quality has dropped or if my youngest is just harder on bags. The crazy part is my oldest played football so I would think his would have had more abuse. They both traveled public transportation across the city. Either way I feel they held up pretty well considering the daily use and abuse.

Material is not good. Its too thin. Seems like if i want to stick a pin it will just damage too much. Not like the other north face backpacks

Comments about Borealis Backpack

This backpack is great. I appreciate all the compartments it has, especially the quick access at the front of the bag. I recently switched to a thinner reusable water bottle and I feel that it is too small for the side pockets. I also don't think it stands up the best which is why I give it a 4/5. Everything else is great, it looks great, fits everything as I am a medical student working long hours.
