Purchased a second pair because I like the first pair so much both fit exactly the same. You cannot say that for all brands of athletic shoes Hoka is definitely a shoe with a purpose. Super solid structure would highly recommend.

I recently purchased the HOKA Bondi 8, hoping for a comfortable, supportive running shoe, but I ended up returning them due to multiple issues. First, the fit was extremely uncomfortable—the midfoot area felt way too narrow, causing unnecessary pressure and making it painful to wear for more than a few minutes. Despite being marketed as a cushioned, plush shoe, the tightness in the middle made it unwearable for my slightly wider feet. Second, the shoes were much heavier than I expected. I've worn other max-cushion shoes before, but the Bondi 8 felt unnecessarily bulky and clunky, making each step feel like a chore rather than a smooth, supportive experience. Lastly, even though HOKA is known for its comfort, these shoes just didn't live up to the hype. The combination of the awkward narrow fit and the excessive weight made them unbearable for both running and casual wear. I'm really disappointed because I had high hopes for the Bondi 8, but they were a complete letdown. If you have slightly wider feet or prefer lightweight shoes, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Would not buy again.
