I tried these shoes for a week. I have never had heel pain, but every time I slipped them on, my left heel would ache. I know other people love Hoka, but they don't work with my feet.

I am honestly in disgust with this brand never had such BAD customer service. I bought these shoes on 08/01/2024 and in 6 months the soles of my shoes were starting to fall out. I work as a registered nurse so i wore them for every single shift. There warranty is not really a warrant. They label my product as "wear a tear" after i sent them MULTIPLE PICTURES of how my shoes looked with the soles falling off. I even wrote a lengthy email after they declined my warranty and they never replied which is RUDE. They only replied when i called customer service #. As a person that constantly wears sneakers such as nike, adidas, or on cloud i never had this problem with the soles falling off after 6 months of wearing a sneaker.

I was gifted a pair of Bondi 8s from a dear neighbor that had heard how much pain I was in. The constant pain limited what I was able to do! The new shoes have been a blessing! I'm able to do my hobbies! I have since purchased my second pair as the gifted ones have warm out. Being able to walk enough to wear out my favorite pair of shoes has been awesome! Thank you all!

I actually sent back my Bondy8 because I did not get them in wide. Purchased Bondi 9 with a wide soul and absolutely positively love them. Fits like a golf. Have been a Brooks wearer for five or six years and will probably never go back. Just also purchased a pair of Clifton 10's which I also love.
