The perfect shoe for my old knees.
This is the best Adrenaline I have owned. The sole last much longer than my ghost max or ghost and the stability of this show is phenomenal. Comfortable to train in or on race day firm enough to run fast. I have worn Brooks for many years and I absolutely love this shoe.

Brooks are my shoes! I really dig the Adrenaline; it's a fit for me. 1/2'' larger for me and it's all good. I have 5 pair: Adrenaline 20, 22 and 23s.

I never thought shoe laces could be messed up, but I was wrong. The material used for the laces on the Adrenaline GTS 23 is VERY cheap. They are not made of the usual shoe lace material (cloth/string?) but is instead some incredibly slick material that constantly becomes untied no matter how tight I tie the knot. The first couple of times they became untied, I thought I had just not tied the knot tight enough. However, at that point I started paying attention to how tight I tied the knot, but they still came untied. I know this sounds crazy and trivial, but it's incredibly annoying. For a $100+ shoe, I would expect better quality. I have purchased the Adrenaline style going back to the GTS 7. I don't but a new pair each year, but perhaps every two years, so I do not know when they changed the type of laces used. Otherwise, it's a very good shoe. I never gave a second thought about shoe laces until this pair of Adrenaline GTS 23. Add the cost of a pair of shoe laces to the price of the shoes. You're going to need them.

I am new to running, and have fairly serious foot pain. The cushioning is not 100% relief, but does help. I have found that I have to wear the shoes almost daily so my feet adjust to them, otherwise my Plantar pains come back about 10 minutes into a run. I bought the bright yellow, so at least I look fast ( until someone actually sees me run). I am very happy with the overall quality and value of the shoe.

I own 15 pairs of Brooks. I have different styles for different uses. The GTS 23 are light, comfortable yet offer great support. These are the only athletic shoes I wear.
