California E-Bike Incentive Project
The California E-Bike Incentive Project provides up to $2,000 of point-of-sale incentives to support the purchase of a new electric bicycle (e-bike). The California E-Bike Incentive Project is funded by the California Air Resources Board (CARB).

511 Contra Costa Electric Bicycle Rebate Program
Adults (18+) living in Contra Costa County can apply for a rebate for a new e-bike purchased within the last six months. Rebate amount is based on income. Funding is provided from the local Measure J half-cent sales tax, which supports programs encouraging alternatives to the single occupant vehicle.

Peninsula E-Bikes for Everyone Program
The E-Bikes for Everyone program helps eligible residents purchase or lease a new e-bike. The incentive – up to $1,000 – will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. This incentive can be stacked with the California E-Bike Incentive Project credit.
