Prior to joining Sports Basement back in February 2023, I worked in both the tech and education industry. Although both sectors had good things going for them, I felt like there was something still missing from my life. Since joining the SB team, my horizons opened up tremendously. Thanks to the people I work with and the different communities we serve, I’ve been living a more active and fulfilling lifestyle. From group road rides through our local streets, to ripping trails on a mountain bike, to backpacking for days on end, to snowboarding in Tahoe and running alongside the staff in a corporate challenge, Sports Basement has provided me the ideal place to connect with a community larger than myself and changed my life for the better.
