The Flight Deck

Looking for the perfect venue to host your next group event? The Flight Deck offers a dynamic and adaptable semi-private space ready to bring your vision to life. Whether you're planning energetic fitness classes, a celebratory team banquet, a film screening, or fundraiser, our entire floor is dedicated to making your event a success. The floor is split into two distinct areas: The Landing Pad and Pyramid Square. The Landing Pad is your go-to space for presentations and dining, featuring a convenient food service area, a projector with a wall-mounted screen, and a PA system complete with a podium for all your speaking needs. Pyramid Square offers a more intimate setting, ideal for smaller gatherings and located right next to our lively game area. For your convenience, both spaces are equipped with tables and chairs, ready for your setup.  Our team will assign you to one of the spaces based on your event needs.  You may request a space, but we cannot guarantee it as the floor may be shared with other events happening simultaneously. Please note that your reservation does not include the open play pickleball courts.

Beyond events, the Flight Deck is also home to five open play pickleball courts, available free of charge for our customers. We require everyone to sign up for a Basementeer membership (currently free in-store) and sign an activity waiver (see more below). These courts operate on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. Open play hours are Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. We kindly ask all players to review the posted pickleball rules and to complete an Activity Waiver prior to playing; this waiver only needs to be filled out once. Please be aware that the pickleball courts may be subject to closure based on other event bookings.
