Sports Basement is thrilled to be able to provide you with all our favorite outdoor and sports gear at pretty gosh darn reasonable shipping rates (it doesn't get more reasonable than free, right?) It's important to note that we ship only within the Contiguous USA (the lower 48 states), and that some items are only available for in-store pickup (more details on that below).

Our shipping options are as follows:

Ground Shipping - free on orders over $30
Store Pickup - always free!
3-Day Express Shipping - $10
2-Day Express Shipping - $15
Kid's Bikes - $35 (due to bulky size and extra labor)

Some additional information:

Orders must total at least $30 to qualify for free shipping. Orders that are not $30 or larger will be charged a $7 shipping fee.

Some products are just too complicated to ship (things like electric bikes), or too big to ship (things like non-electric bikes) for free, even though they cost over $30. We wish we could ship everything everywhere for free! But in the meantime, we're sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept international orders, or international payment methods?

Unfortunately we can only ship within the contiguous United States, and we cannot process cards with non-US billing addresses. If you're visiting from outside the US, please email us to arrange for an in-store pickup!

When should I expect my items?

Orders are typically shipped within 24hours and arrive based on the shipping method you select at checkout.

Packages should arrive 2-7 business days after you placed your order if you select standard shipping.

How do I track my package?

We will email you a tracking number as soon as we make a shipping label, and again once the package is delivered. Sometimes these tracking emails get stuck in your SPAM folder, so be sure to try searching “friends@sportsbasement.com” to see recent email.

My tracking information shows my package was delivered, but I can’t find it. What do I do?

Look for a notice of attempted delivery. UPS/USPS will leave one if they don’t feel safe leaving the package.
Look around the delivery location for your package.
Check if a neighbor has the package. If the delivery address is an apartment or office building, check with the front desk.

How do I return my item?

You can return your item in any of our stores for free. If you would rather mail your return back to us, email us at friends@sportsbasement.com to request a prepaid return shipping label. Note that $7 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

A classic Patagonia staple combining two of their most beloved fabrics, the Women's Shelled Synchilla has a 100% recycled nylon Baggies shell fabric for mild weather protection and is lined with supersoft 100% recycled polyester fleece for next-to-skin softness. Campy square neckline and tall collar complements the low chest yoke and diamond seaming detail under the arms. Shorter length with a bit of extra room in the shoulders and arms for movement; straight side seams and coated shell to protect from light moisture.
