Our youth backpacks come in a variety of sizes and allow even the youngest campers to carry their fair share of the load.
Here's how it works: Set your first rental day to be the first day you plan to use your camping equipment. We will ship your camping equipment in time to arrive on or before that date. After you've enjoyed your camping equipment for the rental period, allow the camping equipment to dry and then place it in the pre-paid shipping label and box that we provide. The return shipment must be postmarked on or before the last day of your rental period or late fees will be incurred.
Free Shipping: We ship via UPS Ground from San Francisco, CA. Shipping times are 2-5 days depending on your location. We only ship to the continental U.S. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Why can't I pick a certain date? Ship to home camping equipment reservations can be made a minimum of 7 days in advance. If you're in the Bay Area, we welcome same-day walk-in customers at any of our locations.
If my order arrives early will I be changed for extra days? Nope! We will ship so that your order arrives before your first day of use.
Can you ship to my hotel? Yes! Just list the hotel's address as your shipping address. Make sure the name you enter matches your hotel reservation. It's also helpful to give the hotel a heads up as the package may arrive before you do.
