Trail Fork Pizza Casserole
What's a party in the backcountry without pizza? Incomplete, that's what. We've broken down our most favorite dinner of all time and turned it into a dehydrated dream. Orzo pasta with veggie sausage, a mildly spiced marinara, red and green bell peppers, and a healthy topping of mozzarella cheese make this pizza casserole one of our very favorites, on or off the trail.

Instructions: Empty contents of package into separate bowl or mug. Boil about 12 ounces water (about 1.5 cups); combine boiling water with package contents. Allow to rehydrate approximately 15 minutes. More water may be added if necessary. Eat! Enjoy
