A true Cajun classic! This simple dish of red beans and rice is tossed with a Creole sauce and a delicious spice of Cajun flare. Makes four 12 oz. servings. Gluten Free. Dairy Free. Nut Free. Vegan.
Preparation: Must be prepared in a separate pot. Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. In a large pot, boil 5 cups (1,180 mL) of water. Turn off heat. Carefully, add contents of pouch to pot of boiling water and stir well. Cover and let sit for 20 minutes. Stir and serve. Makes Four 12 oz. Servings.
