The perfect side dish. Mashed potatoes with toasted garlic, parsley and a hint of butter. Makes two 9 oz. Servings.
Preparation: Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Add 1-3/4 cup (420 mL) of boiling water. Stir well. Cover and let sit for 13 minutes. Stir and serve.
