Backpacker's Pantry Cincinnati Style Chili with Beef

Made with freeze-dried red beans and onions in the recipe. The rich tomato sauce has warm spices like cinnamon, allspice and cloves. The secret ingredient and what makes it so authentic) is just a little cocoa powder. Make it “your way” with the addition of grated cheddar cheese, sliced jalapenos, tobacco or oyster crackers.
