Sports Basement is thrilled to be able to provide you with all our favorite outdoor and sports gear at pretty gosh darn reasonable shipping rates (it doesn't get more reasonable than free, right?) It's important to note that we ship only within the Contiguous USA (the lower 48 states), and that some items are only available for in-store pickup (more details on that below).

Orders must total at least $30 to qualify for free shipping. Orders that are not $30 or larger will be charged a $7 shipping fee.
Some products are just too complicated to ship (things like electric bikes), or too big to ship (things like non-electric bikes) for free, even though they cost over $30. We wish we could ship everything everywhere for free! But in the meantime, we're sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately we can only ship within the contiguous United States, and we cannot process cards with non-US billing addresses. If you're visiting from outside the US, please email us to arrange for an in-store pickup!
Orders are typically shipped within 24hours and arrive based on the shipping method you select at checkout.
Packages should arrive 2-7 business days after you placed your order if you select standard shipping.
You can return your item in any of our stores for free. If you would rather mail your return back to us, email us at email@example.com to request a prepaid return shipping label. Note that $7 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
