Preparation: Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. In a large pot, boil 4 1/2cups (1,060 mL) of water. Turn off heat. Carefully, add contents of pouch to pot of boiling water and stir well. Cover and let sit for 20 minutes. Stir and serve. Makes Four 12 oz. Servings. Rehydration time doubles every 5000 feet of elevation gain. Our directions are set for 5000 feet.
