Free shipping on orders over $30!*
There are some slight caveats:
* We ship only within the Contiguous US. Some products are just too complicated to ship (things like electric bikes), or too big to ship (things like non-electric bikes) for free. We wish we could ship everything everywhere, and we're sorry for any inconvenience caused!
* Orders must total at least $30 to qualify for free shipping. Orders that are not $30 or larger will be charged a $7 shipping fee.
* Kids Bikes are $35 each to ship due to the high shipping costs and extra labor to pack the bike.

When should I expect my items?
Orders are typically shipped within 24hours and arrive based on the shipping method you select at checkout.
Packages should arrive 2-7 business days after you placed your order if you select standard shipping.
How do I track my package?
We will email you a tracking number as soon as we make a shipping label, and again once the package is delivered. Sometimes these tracking emails get stuck in your SPAM folder, so be sure to try searching “friends@sportsbasement.com” to see recent email.
