I grumbled about the price of shoe inserts into perfectly good expensive shoes, finally purchased. It took a week or two to get used to the inserts. But they truly work and I was able to be on my feet forever. My husband wears his also. I am a sz 7-8 and husband is a sz 14. Try and LOVE. Worth every penny.

The new Ducks I had received from LL Bean were just not quite the snug fit I desired even with medium weight socks. These insoles fit into the shoe smoothly AND provided a great arch fit to make the Ducks comfortable.

I do a lot of walking during the day and my feet hurt by the end of the day. When I put these in my shoes, I can walk all day and my feet do not bother me. They are easy to cut to the correct size and can be used with several pairs of shoes or purchase one pair for each of your shoes. I bought three pairs so I didn't have to keep switching them from shoe to shoe.
