Pick up your order at your local store


Yep, this is totally a thing. On every product page you'll find a list of the stores that currently have that item in stock, in the color and size you want. No more guessing before coming in!

Just choose the color and size of the product you want and the list will show whether or not it's available at that store. In many cases, you can buy the product online and it'll be ready for pickup within a few hours! Otherwise, we'll ship it from one of our other stores and it'll be ready for pickup in 1-2 business days.

One caveat: we can't promise that products will be ready within 3 hours if you place your order after 3pm PST, though. Something about labor laws? Anyway, we like to keep our pickers smiling and happy, so we send 'em home after they've worked 8 hours.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


How will I know that my order is ready?

We'll email you when you place your order (that's your order confirmation), and then we'll email you again when your order is ready to be picked up (your pick-up confirmation email). That second email means your order is ready and waiting!

Where do I go to pick up my order?

Go to the front register of the store you selected during checkout, and just let them know that you're there to pick up an online order.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a photo ID, the credit card used to purchase, your pick-up confirmation email, and your awesome self!

I didn't receive my pick-up confirmation email yet. What's the deal?

It could be because the product was not available at the store you chose, it could be because it's too late in the day, it could be that our picker got sick and had to go home. Honestly, we're a pretty small company, so it could be a lot of things, but no matter what, we'll find your item and send you that confirmation email when everything's ready for you. If you're even slightly worried about it, feel free to call or email us.
