Outside In: Tim Beck with The North Face
Thursday, Aug. 13, 5:30pm
Join Tim Beck, Equipment Product Manager for The North Face, as he takes you through everything you need to know for the perfect camping experience. Tim will go over a variety of The North Face products for all sized families and types of campers so you can feel confident that your group will have the best experience imaginable sleeping under the stars... and it will help benefit Trips for Kids Marin & their efforts to provide transformative cycling experiences for underserved youth!

Afternoon Virtual Yoga
Tuesdays, 3pm-4pm pst
Margaret is a Certified yoga instructor and superstar staffer at our Berkeley Sports Basement.
Join us for 45 minutes of vinyasa yoga with Berkeley's own Margaret Sun! Margaret will take you through a series of poses to get you energized enough to power through your Tuesday afternoon.
Circuit Training with Jaimie
Wednesdays, 4pm-5pm pst
Join certified trainer Jaimie for a circuit training class is for all fitness levels. No traditional equipment required, most workouts will be bodyweight focused. Circuits will be performed in a timed AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) format so exercisers can adjust their own workout intensity.
Morning Virtual Yoga with Jean
Thursdays, 10am-11am pst
Join us for mid-morning yoga with Jean on Thursdays from 10am-11am. Jean has taught at Sports Basement for over five years! She'll be providing a relaxing flow to your own home. Just make sure to mute your mic when you join so everyone can have their moment of zen!
HIIT at Home with Gabe
Fridays, 1:30pm to 2pm pst
Every Friday at 1:30 PM, join personal trainer, Gabe Schloss for a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout using common things found around the house. Friday is a full body workout, no muscles left behind.
Community Yoga with Ashley & Kristine
Sundays, 11am-12pm pst
San Francisco's Community Class has gone virtual! Join one of our regular SB Community yoga instructors for a lovely morning flow. We can still break a sweat together! Warm up your body and improve your flexibility, strength and concentration. This is an all levels class and everyone (including pets) is welcome to join!
